Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Advanced Medical Aesthetician to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare, beauty treatments, and customer service, providing exceptional guest experiences. This role involves performing advanced skincare procedures, laser treatments, RF treatments, offering personalized consultations, and promoting our range of aesthetic services and products in a welcoming environment. The Advanced Medical Aesthetician will play a vital role in enhancing clients' confidence through expert treatments and personalized care.
Duties
- Perform advanced skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion with precision and professionalism
- Perform advance Laser and Laser hair removal treatments.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and products
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail options to enhance their results and satisfaction
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Provide assistance within the clinic when needed.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as guest services, appointment scheduling, and check-in/check-out procedures.
- Keeping inventory updated.
- Upsell skincare products, treatments, and retail items to meet client needs while supporting business growth
- Assist with guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client inquiries professionally
- Stay current with industry trends, new treatments, and product knowledge to provide expert advice
Skills
- Hands on experience in working with different skincare, laser treatments (including hair removal), facials, Hydrafacial, body treatments.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients
- Strong sanitation practices to uphold health standards within the spa or clinic setting
- Effective communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration
- Retail sales experience with a focus on upselling products and services to enhance client satisfaction
- Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while maintaining a professional demeanor
- Excellent knowledge of working with EMR and booking system.
- Knowledge of hospitality principles to ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Enthusiastic about continuous learning and staying updated on industry advancements
