We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join a full-time permanent role 3 hours from Sudbury, Ontario. System: Kroll
Compensation: $156,000–$166,000 annually
Schedule: Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Weekends: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Balanced operating hours with strong workflow support
Work Environment
- Up to 200 prescriptions per day
- Overlapping Pharmacist support
- Full Pharmacy Assistant coverage

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow
- Lead and support pharmacy staff in a collaborative environment
- Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and professional standards
- Deliver high-quality patient care and clinical services
- Maintain operational efficiency and positive team culture
Qualifications
- Licensed Pharmacist eligible to practice in Ontario
- Previous pharmacy leadership or management experience preferred
- Comfortable working within a community pharmacy environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Experience with Kroll preferred
