Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated spaces according to established standards.
- Handle various cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow specific cleaning protocols for different types of spaces (residential vs. commercial).
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed within the scheduled time frame while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning roles, particularly in custodial or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning products.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require standing, bending, lifting, and moving furniture or equipment.
