As our business grows, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Rubber Paving Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for rubber paving applications, including cleaning, leveling, and priming.
- Mix and install rubber paving materials with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship on all projects, meeting safety and industry standards.
- Operate and maintain equipment and tools required for rubber paving.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure project goals are met.
- Train and mentor junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in rubber paving or a closely related field.
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation and application techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in outdoor environments.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-notch results.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $18.00-$40.00 per hour
