Job Description
As a Stretch Practitioner at StretchWell, you will play a key role in supporting clients on their wellness journey. You will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and customized assisted stretch sessions that help improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and enhance mobility. You’ll work closely with a wide range of clients, offering expert guidance and hands-on support. As a Stretch Practitioner, you will create a welcoming environment that encourages clients to achieve their health and fitness goals through effective stretching techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one assisted stretch sessions tailored to individual client needs and goals.
- Assess client flexibility, posture, and mobility to develop customized stretching programs.
- Educate clients on the benefits of stretch therapy and at-home maintenance techniques.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and safe treatment environment.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and consistent results.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in flexibility training and incorporate new techniques into practice.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Certification in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) or other recognized stretch therapy certification is preferred
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in stretch therapy, physical therapy, kinesiology, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and movement
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Passion for health, wellness and helping others achieve their goals

Pay: $24.00-$31.00 per hour
