Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendar
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Maintain an organized and clean reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Looking for availabilities between
- Monday 2PM-7PM
- Tuesday 9AM- 2PM
- Wednesday 2PM - 7PM
**There will be a bonus of $120 when you work more than 28 hours a month with no sick days or last minute notice of work absence**
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized systems and office software (e.g., Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual ability in Korea, Mandarin and English is preferred
