With recent acquisitions and continued expansion in the manufacturing sector, we are building something special: a high-performing, people-first organization where culture isn’t an afterthought, it’s a competitive advantage.
As part of the broader Tavoron group, this role also offers the opportunity to contribute at a higher level, supporting integration efforts and participating in broader people strategy as the organization continues to grow through acquisition.
We’re looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will serve as the primary HR contact for multiple locations in Canada. This role combines operational HR support (day-to-day activities) with strategic leadership, working directly with site leaders to drive talent, change, and organizational effectiveness.

- Act as the main HR liaison for assigned locations, building strong relationships with site leadership and employees.
- Provide coaching, consultation, and support on employee relations, performance management, and organizational design.
- Lead and support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development initiatives.
- Partner on workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management.
- Drive HR strategy aligned with business goals, serving as a change agent for transformation initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and data, identify trends, and recommend proactive interventions.
- Ensure consistency and compliance in HR practices across states and locations.
- Manage HR operations such as performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Facilitate compliance with federal, province, and provincial and territorial employment standard acts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience managing HR for multiple locations.
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
- Deep understanding of Canadian employment law.
- Strategic mindset and ability to lead change.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Willingness for minimal travel.
- Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or multi-site setting.

- Trusted advisor and relationship builder
- Strong change management and leadership skills
- High integrity and confidentiality
- Adaptable, resilient, and able to navigate ambiguity
