Job Title: Sugaring Specialist
Position Summary
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused Sugaring Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide safe, effective, and high-quality hair removal services while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent hygiene practices, and a commitment to client comfort and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional body and facial hair removal services using hard wax, sugaring techniques.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, hair growth patterns, and suitability for services.
- Explain treatment procedures, expected results, and aftercare recommendations to clients.
- Maintain accurate client records, including treatment history, contraindications, and consent forms.
- Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and tools are cleaned, disinfected, and maintained according to Ontario health and safety standards.
- Monitor product inventory and notify management when supplies require replenishment.
- Promote retail products and recommend appropriate pre- and post-treatment skincare solutions.
- Build strong client relationships through professional, respectful, and personalized service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, techniques, and best practices through ongoing education and training.
- Follow all workplace policies, procedures, and sanitation protocols.
Qualifications
- Certification from a recognized institution.
- Certification in sugaring techniques.
- Previous experience in professional hair removal services is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of skin health, sanitation, infection prevention, and client safety.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
