Veracity Energy Services Ltd. is seeking a Contract Field Operator to manage oil and gas production operations in Central Alberta.
Schedule: 9 days on / 5 days off, 9 hours per day
Compensation: $68 per hour (Independent Contractor)
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Operator to support oilfield operations in Central Alberta. The role involves working with production that includes high percentage sour oil.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor oilfield production equipment and facilities.
- Ensure safe and efficient handling of sour oil production.
- Respond to site requirements within appropriate timelines.
- Maintain accurate records and report operational issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of related oilfield operating experience in Western Canada
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of oilfield safety and environmental standards.
Contractor Requirements
As this is an Independent Contractor role, candidates must provide:
- Valid Liability Insurance
- Vehicle Insurance
- Current Safety Certifications:
- First Aid
- H2S Alive
- TDG
- WHMIS
Compensation
- $68 per hour, contractor basis.
