Duties
- Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards
- Manage food handling procedures in compliance with safety and sanitation regulation
- Assist with training new team members
- Ensure adherence to food safety protocols and maintain cleanliness of the kitchen environment
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and hospitality
Experience
- Proven supervising experience within a food service or restaurant setting
- Food industry background with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety
