This role is ideal for someone who is strong in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and recruiting sales professionals for sales calling, appointment setting, lead generation, and customer outreach campaigns.
In business for two decades, 3C Contact Services Inc. provides third-party call centre services for companies in the healthcare, wellness, pharmacy, IT, and professional industries. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who can help us build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified outbound sales candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for sales agents, appointment setters, lead generation representatives, and call centre sales professionals
- Proactively source and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future sales campaigns
- Post jobs, review applications, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and support the hiring process from start to finish
- Identify candidates with strong communication skills, confidence, professionalism, phone presence, energy, and sales ability
- Screen candidates for reliability, coachability, availability, experience, and overall fit for a fast-paced call centre environment
- Conduct outreach through job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, social media, databases, and other recruiting channels
- Work closely with management to understand hiring needs, campaign requirements, performance expectations, and staffing priorities
- Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, hiring updates, and recruitment tracking reports
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive and professional candidate experience
- Help improve recruiting processes, candidate pipelines, interview questions, and screening methods
- Support onboarding coordination by ensuring new hires have completed required documents and are prepared for training
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of previous experience in recruitment, preferably recruiting for sales talent, call centre, appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service roles
- Strong experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a fast-paced environment
- Experience recruiting for call centre or phone-based sales roles is strongly preferred
- Ability to identify strong phone presence, communication skills, confidence, tone, energy, and professionalism
- Strong follow-up skills and ability to move candidates through the hiring process quickly
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities
- Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems, or recruitment databases
- Experience in a call centre environment is considered an asset
