Customer Service Coordinator
Have you provided customer service or thought about trying? Maybe you are into Administration? Are you an Account Manager, a Customer Service Representative with personality and computer skills to back you up, if so, we should talk!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries providing exceptional customer service for our clients, via phone and email communication
- Create orders while adhering to customer specifications
- Ongoing communication with production on order status and inventory levels
- Price checking. Estimate interpretation
- File management (Word, Pdf’s, Excel etc.)
- Proofreading
- Create and maintain training materials
Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft office
- Customer service experience (ideally in a technical environment)
- Superior communication (both written and oral), time management skills, and an eye for detail
- Ability and willingness to switch gears at a moment’s notice
- Ability to work independently within a strong, fast paced, cooperative environment
Bonus Marks:
- Any type of print knowledge
- Certificate program graduate, Post secondary or equivalent work experience
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite
- Web site management or maintenance experience
