Important Note: This is a part time role. The role will require evening and weekend showings but only encompass 5-20 hours/week depending on volume. This is a great side gig for some extra money and potential to grow in the rental/real estate industry.

We offer digital tools for the DIY landlord, leasing services for those looking to place tenants and full service property management for passive landlords. We are looking for stellar leasing assistants across the province to represent the Rent Panda brand and rent out properties for our clientele in the region. At the moment, we need a strong team member for our London operation, to help find and place quality tenants.
The typical tasks associated with the job are:
- Initial walkthrough of a property
- Photography and videography of a home (taught by our team)
- Placing a lawn sign and lockbox on site
- Conducting showings in person
- Conducting move in inspections and key handoff
The leasing assistant will be directly helping our leasing managers, who will be in charge of client (landlord) communications, pricing strategy, marketing, application processing and lease building.
Applicants must have their own car to get to properties efficiently and digital savviness to utilize the showing scheduling software.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
