Key Responsibilities
- Perform full grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, scissoring, deshedding, nail trims, ear cleaning, and breed-specific or custom styling.
- Consult with pet parents to understand grooming requests and provide professional recommendations.
- Manage appointment times efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Maintain personal grooming tools and ensure all equipment and workstations meet cleanliness and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the daycare, reception, and management teams to provide an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional dog grooming experience.
- Dog grooming certification is considered an asset.
- Must provide and maintain your own professional grooming tools.
- Strong knowledge of breed standards and grooming techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Friendly, outgoing, compassionate, and dependable.
- A genuine passion for dogs and exceptional customer service.
