Solaris Canada designs and manufactures premium exterior living systems including motorized screens, louvred roofs, glass roofs, and custom aluminum structures.
We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Fabrication Technician to join our production team.
This is not a general labour position.
We're seeking someone who enjoys precision work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and wants to build a long-term career in fabrication and production.

What You'll Be Doing
- Measure, cut, and assemble components for custom exterior systems
- Fabricate screen systems, window assemblies, and aluminium structures
- Prepare production packages and materials for installation crews
- Operate fabrication equipment, power tools, and shop machinery safely
- Assist with light metal fabrication and assembly processes
- Maintain quality control standards throughout production
- Keep a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
- Work closely with the production team to improve processes and efficiency
- managing workflows and work orders.
- Directing and eventually managing other shop personnel.
What We're Looking ForRequired
- Strong measuring and layout skills
- Experience using shop tools and fabrication equipment
- Ability to read dimensions accurately and work to tight tolerances
- High attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Assets (Not Required)
- Cabinet making or millwork experience
- Window and door manufacturing experience
- Aluminium fabrication experience
- Basic welding experience
- Sewing machine experience for screen fabrication
- Forklift certification
- Manufacturing or production experience
