What You’ll Do
You will play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly while also delivering exceptional client support.
- Act as a welcoming first point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients
- Support daily office operations, vendor coordination, supplies, and logistics
- Assist with internal events, employee engagement initiatives, and office culture activities
- Provide responsive, high-quality customer support across phone, email, and chat
- Resolve client inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Support product and service guidance to ensure an elevated customer experience
- Collaborate with HR, leadership, and cross-functional teams as needed
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of experience in office administration, customer service, or a hybrid support role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a naturally approachable style
- High emotional intelligence and a strong service mindset
- Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Zendesk or similar tools is an asset
- Fully bilingual in English and French (required)
