Panda Luxury Homes is a real estate company specializing in luxury property management, real estate sales, and commercial property services. We are looking for an experienced In-House Property Manager to join our team and provide high-quality property management services for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Rental Management: Oversee tenant move-ins and move-outs, rent collection, and lease administration
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between landlords and tenants, addressing concerns and inquiries
- Property Maintenance: Coordinate repairs, inspections, and ongoing maintenance to ensure properties are well-maintained
- Market Analysis: Monitor rental market trends and optimize pricing strategies
- Legal Compliance: Ensure lease agreements comply with BC's Residential Tenancy Act (RTB)
- Conflict Resolution: Handle tenant complaints and disputes, and liaise with the RTB as needed
Qualifications
✅ BC Property Management License (Required)
✅ 1+ years of property management experience (apartment management experience preferred)
✅ Strong knowledge of BC rental laws and RTB regulations
✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills
✅ Ability to handle issues independently and resolve conflicts effectively
✅ Proficiency in property management software and basic computer skills
