The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dartmouth is located in the heart of Burnside Business Park and minutes from Dartmouth Crossing. With 125 guestrooms the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dartmouth caters to corporate and leisure clients. We are looking for an individual to compliment our excellent team.
WHAT’S THE JOB?
The breakfast attendant prepares and serves the daily complimentary breakfast for hotel guests, while meeting established standards of cleanliness and propriety to assure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Job Duties: Prepares foods such as eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, etc. Stocks coffee, juice, and milk machines or dispensers. Sets out and arranges food, such as sweet rolls, muffins, and cereal for self-service. Clears and cleans tables as they are vacated. Wipes up spills. Removes trash. Washes serving equipment and returns to storage. Returns reusable food supplies to storage with proper dates on product. Restocks self-service food and supplies as needed. Takes inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day. Orders or purchases food supplies.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

· It’s a physical role and you’ll be on your feet most of the day, so fitness is important.
· Strength – with occasional lifting of items up to 50 pounds / 23 kilograms and or push/pulling heavy objects.
· You might need to bend and kneel to complete some activities.
· Flexible attitude to shifts – you may need to work nights, weekends and/or holidays.
