Giorgio's Cuccina is now hiring. Part-Time or Full-Time shifts are available. We are open Monday-Saturday 4:30-10pm. Shift start times range from 4:00-5:30pm.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a social atmosphere, and prioritizes both guest and team member experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent and engaging guest service
- Anticipate guest needs and handle requests promptly.
- Process guest payments accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
Qualifications:
- minimum 1 year serving experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask while prioritizing guest satisfaction.
- Available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week and flexibility to work weekends.
