The Project Accountant will assist Project Managers and Management with the billing and costing of contracts. Scope of this position includes the following:
- Track time and tonnages for T&M Invoices; Assemble work summaries
- Create, Issue and Follow up on Invoices
- Track internal and external costs for projects
Track supplier invoices and compare to bids; Provide reports as necessary

Qualifications:
- Meticulous
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, Office and Software Skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and high level attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Accounting/Bookkeeping background recommended
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
