Job Overview
As a Marketplace Booking Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting leads, answering customer inquiries, recommending driving schools, and assisting students with booking driving lessons through the Trubicars Marketplace.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, sales, and working with people.
Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers by phone, text message, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with leads who have expressed interest in driving lessons or driving schools.
- Answer customer questions regarding driving lessons, pricing, availability, and booking options.
- Help customers navigate the Trubicars Marketplace website and complete bookings.
- Recommend suitable driving schools based on customer location, language preferences, schedule, and budget.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update lead information in company systems.
- Track customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Escalate customer concerns to management when required.
- Meet performance goals related to lead follow-up, customer service, and bookings.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
- Assist with special projects and marketing initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong customer service skills and professional attitude.
- Organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM software.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, sales, appointment booking, or lead follow-up is an asset but not required.

Schedule
- Part-time hours.
- Flexible scheduling based on business needs and lead volume.
- Evening and weekend availability may be required.
