Typical Job Duties:

Provide a high level of customer service in a challenging and dynamic environment

Monitor site visitors, cameras, and alarm systems to ensure safety and access in accordance with site policies and procedures

Respond professionally to site emergencies (alarms, medical emergencies, fires and other urgent matters)

Prevent theft, violence or infraction of rules and regulations

Prepare and maintain professional and effective reports regarding the activities, security violations, and hazardous occurrences on site
-
Effectively communicate all suspicious activities, concerns, issues, and events to our dispatch team on behalf of the client

Reporting to the Site Security Manager, supervise security staff members, deploy resources to meet operational demand, review reports, and provide coaching as necessary
-
Oversee and facilitate initial and on-going site training of security staff members
Requirements:
-
A Valid Security license is considered an asset
-
Must have a flexible schedule (days, evenings, nights, weekends) - maybe change this since its only days.

Must be bondable
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including working on a computer

Speak, read and write English fluently

Have reliable transportation
