Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Helper to assist skilled tradespeople in various construction and maintenance projects. This role involves supporting carpentry, painting, caulking, and other handyman tasks to ensure project efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and some experience in construction-related fields.
Duties
- Support skilled workers with material handling and site organization
- Perform basic handyman tasks such as repairs and maintenance
- Prepare work areas by cleaning, setting up tools, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Help with the installation of fixtures or other construction components as directed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the project duration
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or handyman work is preferred but not required
- Hands-on experience with caulking and painting is advantageous
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and equipment safely
- Strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site
- Previous experience working with <PERSON> or in similar roles is beneficial
