Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the daily functions of our healthcare group of Clinics and other allied health companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing clinical operations, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and optimizing workflow efficiency. This role requires a strong background in medical office management, proficiency with electronic medical records, (minimum 4 years with Healthquest) and excellent leadership skills to foster a collaborative and patient-centered environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient flow, scheduling, and administrative procedures
- Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and privacy laws such as HIPAA
- Manage clinic budgets, resource allocation, and supply inventory to optimize operational efficiency
- Coordinate with medical professionals, including physicians and specialists, to ensure seamless patient care
- Implement policies and procedures that enhance patient experience and staff productivity
- Monitor quality assurance metrics and address any operational issues promptly
- Facilitate communication between departments to promote teamwork and a positive work environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in medical office management; hospital or acute care experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Healthquest and medical terminology and medical billing
- Prior supervisory or human resources experience in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with budgeting, resource planning, and administrative workflows within a clinical environment
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Experience with healthcare compliance standards and safety protocols
- Background in nursing or acute care is advantageous but not required; relevant certifications are preferred

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
