DenBok Landscaping Ltd. is in search of a new landscape construction foreman and lead hand to join our growing team!
DenBok Landscaping & Design Ltd is a well-established, reputable landscape, design & snow removal company located in Burlington, ON. We provide services to both residential & commercial properties, specializing in providing year-round grounds care, landscape construction & snow removal for clients.
We are currently looking for an outstanding individual, who possesses 3 to 5 years of previous experience, a “G” class driver's license, and displays the following qualities:

- A strong ability to collaborate.
- Willingness to keep an open mind and learn new skills.
Candidates must possess the following knowledge and skillset:
- Ability to layout and install a landscape from drawings and plans.
- Knowledge of excavation, backfilling, and compaction.
- A great understanding of proper principles and procedures of grading and drainage.
- Understanding of planting procedures for trees, shrubs, ground covers, roses, perennials, annuals, and bulbs. Possesses a general understanding of plant care.
- Ability to operate all types of landscape construction equipment, tools and vehicles used by the construction department.
- Knowledge of Safety Practices.
- Mechanical Skills.
