Job Responsibilities
Client Care Representative
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic client care
- Ensure every client feels welcome and valued
- Answer phones and emails, respond to client needs
- Phone triage, assess urgency of pet health concerns
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Process insurance claims
- Prepare invoices and handle payments
- Maintain and update client records using VetUp software
- Perform administrative duties
- Maintain hospital cleanliness
Job Requirements:
As our ideal candidate, you will:
- Be a mature, reliable people person with proven client service skills
- Excel in handling stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
- Have previous work experience and/or education in companion animal care
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency with the ability to navigate and learn multiple software platforms.
- Have great attention to detail and focus while working in a fast paced environment
- Have prior knowledge or the ability to work with VetUp software
- Be comfortable handling animals
- Be an excellent team player, who loves to learn
- Be proactive and take initiative to work effectively without supervision
- Be able to prioritize your workload
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
