Nutritionwize Diet Clinic is looking for a detail-oriented and professional HR Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and general HR administration across our growing clinic locations.
This role is ideal for a current student or recent graduate in Human Resources or Business Administration looking to gain hands-on HR experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, attendance logs, and training records.
- Follow up on missing documents, policy acknowledgements, and required forms.
- Assist with scheduling staff training, meetings, and performance check-ins.
- Draft basic HR emails, letters, and internal communication.
- Support managers with day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.
- Assist with job postings, resume screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate professionally with applicants.
- Support onboarding by preparing documents, checklists, and employee files.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure HR information is organized and up to date.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR, administration, recruitment, or customer service is an asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and email.
- Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a growing healthcare environment.
