Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and ensure a friendly dining experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle payments.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions about ingredients or meal customization.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Prepare burgers, fries, and other menu items following recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure all food is cooked and presented to meet quality expectations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and prep stations safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order delivery.
- Manage waste reduction through proper portioning and storage of ingredients.
Experience:
- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or food service environment is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Proven ability to multitask in high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving guest concerns promptly.
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations.
- Comfortable working as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to a dynamic environment.
