THE ROLE
Face-to-face direct sales, out in the field. You'll work a provided territory with a proven system: scripts, tracking, and daily coaching. Your job is the conversations. Pay is straight commission, paid weekly, uncapped. First-year reps on this team earn $60,000 to $120,000+. Assistant managers earn $150,000 to $250,000+. Top performers take home $300,000+.

Promotion criteria are written down: Rep, Team Lead, Assistant Manager, Sales Manager, Regional Manager. Hit the criteria and you move up. No seniority politics, no waiting for someone to retire.
