What You'll Do
As a key member of our maintenance team, you will:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot drivability concerns using advanced diagnostic tools and software
- Perform comprehensive inspections on diesel-powered trucks and equipment
- Repair and replace components related to fuel systems, electrical systems, DPF/SCR emissions systems, exhaust systems, and engines
- Complete preventive maintenance and routine servicing in accordance with manufacturer specifications
- Accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and performance issues and implement effective solutions
- Maintain detailed service and repair records
- Collaborate with Fleet Managers and team members to communicate repair recommendations and maintenance requirements
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
- Continuously develop your skills through ongoing training and exposure to new technologies
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Licensed 310J Trailer Technician, 310T Truck and Coach Technician
- Drivability technician
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer proficiency for work order management
- Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
