Job Summary
We are looking for anexperienced Powder Painter to join a busy manufacturing company in Mississauga. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to produce a high-quality finish in a fast-paced production environment.
Shift Schedule
Monday to Friday
6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Break Schedule
- 1st Break: 9:00 AM – 9:10 AM
- Lunch: 11:45 AM – 12:15 PM
- 2nd Break: 1:40 PM – 1:50 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Operate powder coating spray equipment
- Set and adjust air and powder pressure on paint guns
- Paint parts on a moving conveyor paint line
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous powder painting experience required
- Ability to produce a consistent, quality finish
- Experience adjusting paint gun settings and pressure controls
- Comfortable working with a moving conveyor system
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
Safety Requirements
- Safety shoes and glasses are mandatory
- Safety glasses and coveralls will be provided by the company
- Employees must provide their own mask and safety shoes
