We’re looking for a Sous Chef to work in collaboration with our team in providing exceptional quality food, maintaining standards of the kitchen, developing new menu items, providing leadership and elevating service.
You have:
- A passion for food, cooking, leadership and mentorship
- 1+ years experience in a similar role
- A proven track record managing food cost, labour and inventory management
- Knowledge of Italian aperitivi, food and wine considered an asset
- A calm, confident, and kind presence
- Food Safe Level 1 required
