Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing effective treatment plans to improve patients' mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. Duties
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other modalities to promote recovery
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, management strategies, and home exercises
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Ensure a safe and clean treatment environment adhering to infection control standards
Requirements
- Valid license or certification as a Physiotherapist in Ontario
- Prior clinic experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of patient care principles, medical terminology, and rehabilitation techniques
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and educate patients effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team and adapt to diverse clinical environments
- Compassionate attitude with a commitment to improving patient outcomes

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
