$45,000–$50,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Operational Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized, up‑to‑date records
- Manage and order office supplies as needed
- Provide dependable administrative support to operations staff and internal teams
- Assist with special projects and evolving business needs
- Support day‑to‑day administrative and operational tasks to keep the office running efficiently

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in administration and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
- Clear, professional, and friendly communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively while managing priorities and deadlines
- Comfortable using computers, email, and online systems
- Compensation will be aligned with experience, technical knowledge, and demonstrated capability
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Experience in construction, trades, or field‑based workforce environments
- Familiarity with Service Fusion
