Duties

- Manage food handling procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and proper packaging techniques.
- Coordinate food preparation activities to maintain efficiency, quality, and consistency across all menu items.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, understanding their preferences, and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Supervise kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Train staff on food safety protocols, cooking techniques, and proper equipment usage to foster a skilled and compliant team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the food industry with a strong background in restaurant operations or bakery settings.
- Expertise in cake decorating, baking, and food presentation techniques.
- Solid knowledge of food handling safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff and interact with customers.
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Prior experience in cooking, food packaging, and general kitchen experience is highly desirable.
