About Petite Luminaries Montessori
We are a brand-new Montessori school in Etobicoke that opened in September 2025! At Petite Luminaries Montessori, our mission is to create an inclusive, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment where every child can shine.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Toddler Montessori Directress who is excited to shape the future of our community and bring the Montessori philosophy to life.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Maintain our beautifully prepared Toddler Montessori classroom
✔ Support the authentic Montessori curriculum tailored to each child
✔ Guide children through independence, creativity, and a love of learning
✔ Ensure compliance with CCEYA licensing requirements
✔ Communicate effectively with parents and collaborate with our team
✔ Observe, assess, and document each child’s progress

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Montessori Diploma (MACTE-accredited or AMI-recognized)
✅ Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) preferred
✅ 2+ years of Montessori classroom experience
✅ Knowledge of CCEYA and Ontario Early Learning Framework
✅ Strong classroom management and observation skills
✅ CPR & First Aid Certification
✅ Vulnerable Sector Check
Bonus Skills:
✔ French language ability (asset)
✔ Food Handler Certification (asset)
