Position
- General Labourer
- Quality Person
Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality and appearance.
- Perform visual quality inspections on powder-coated parts.
- Identify defects, damage, or coating issues and report concerns.
- Create shipping tags for finished parts
- Load and unload parts on the powder coating line.
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Assist with material handling and general shop duties.
- Ensure parts meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Work closely with production staff to meet daily schedules.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, or quality control experience is considered an asset.
- Experience in powder coating, painting, or metal manufacturing is an asset but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, dependable, and motivated to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
