Dominion Motors Buick GMC is looking for an automotive detailer to join our growing team. The detailer is responsible for enhancing the appearance and maintaining the cleanliness of our vehicles. The role requires a keen eye for detail and taking pride in the work that is accomplished.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and details new and used vehicles prior to delivery to customers
- Perform general car detailing activities, including, vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing, washing and waxing
- Apply automotive protection products such as undercoating and paint protection products
- Install accessories such as mud flaps/tonneau covers on customer vehicles
- Checking in new vehicles as they arrive from transport
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive experience is an asset but not required
- Must be organized and have attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and part of a team to ensure promised delivery times are kept
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
- Must have valid Ontario Driver’s License
Remuneration:
- $20.59 plus pension/benefits. This is a unionized position.
