Human Resources & Safety Coordinator
Position Summary
RIC Electronics is seeking an organized and people-focused Human Resources & Safety Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is responsible for Human Resources administration, payroll coordination, recruitment, employee engagement, and Health & Safety coordination. We are looking for someone who enjoys building strong workplace relationships and creating a positive employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and policies.
- Coordinate payroll, benefits, vacation, and leave administration.
- Schedule and coordinate performance and probation reviews.
- Support employee relations and confidential HR matters.
- Coordinate Joint Health & Safety Committee meetings and documentation.
- Maintain training records and coordinate employee training.
- Serve as (or become) the Company's Occupational First Aid Attendant.
- Organize employee recognition and team-building initiatives.
- Assist with workforce planning and annual staffing requirements.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience.
- Experience coordinating payroll and employee benefits.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
- Manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Occupational First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) is an asset.

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
