We are looking for an energetic, dependable and commercially minded individual to support our sales, marketing and day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with customers, creating engaging content and helping a growing local business generate more bookings.
As our Part-Time Sales, Marketing & Operations Coordinator, you will help attract new customers, convert enquiries into bookings and ensure guests have an excellent experience at our venue.
This is not a desk-only marketing position. You will work across customer service, sales outreach, social media, event coordination and venue operations.

- Respond promptly to customer enquiries received through phone, email, social media and the website.
- Recommend suitable packages for birthday parties, corporate events, family outings and group bookings.
- Follow up with prospective customers and help convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct outreach to local businesses, schools, camps, community organizations and event planners.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential corporate and community partners.
- Identify upselling opportunities for additional gameplay, lounge time, food, beverages and group packages.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups and booking outcomes.
- Assist with planning and executing local marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Create and publish social media content, including Instagram posts, Stories, Reels and short videos.
- Capture photos and videos of the venue, games and events while following customer consent requirements.
- Promote seasonal offers, birthday packages, corporate events and weekday bookings.
- Help manage community outreach, partnerships, email campaigns and local event promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend ways to improve engagement and bookings.
- Keep online listings, promotional materials and offer information accurate and up to date.
- Venue and Event Operations
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Assist guests with check-in, waivers, game preparation and basic equipment use.
- Support birthday parties, corporate events and group bookings from arrival through departure.
- Help keep the reception, gaming and lounge areas clean, organized and guest-ready.
- Coordinate event timing to keep bookings running smoothly.
- Handle basic operational issues and escalate technical or customer concerns when required.
- Support opening and closing procedures, inventory checks and other administrative tasks.
- Collect customer feedback and help resolve concerns professionally.
