About the Role
Press Realty is looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Content Creator & Marketing Coordinator to join our team full-time.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, managing multiple projects, and helping people bring their ideas to life. You’ll play an important part in building Press Realty’s overall brand presence while providing our agents with responsive, day-to-day marketing support.
The ideal candidate is comfortable behind the camera, confident using social media and design tools, and able to balance creativity with deadlines and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation and Social Media
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for our social media platforms
- Capture and edit photos and short-form videos, including property, agent, office, and community content
- Create reels, stories, graphics, and other content that reflects our brand
- Develop content ideas and maintain a consistent content calendar
- Write clear, engaging captions and marketing copy
- Monitor social media activity and help grow audience engagement
- Stay current with social media trends, tools, and platform updates
Marketing Support for Agents
- Create day-to-day marketing materials for agents, including social media graphics, listing promotions, brochures, feature sheets, postcards, presentations, advertisements, and email campaigns
- Assist agents with personal branding and content ideas
- Coordinate marketing materials for new listings, open houses, sold properties, and other announcements
- Ensure all materials are accurate, professional, on-brand, and completed on time
- Organize marketing requests and communicate clearly with agents about timelines and deliverables
- Maintain templates and shared marketing resources for the team
Brand and Community Marketing
- Help maintain a consistent and recognizable company brand across all platforms and materials
- Attend company and community events to capture content and represent the brand
- Assist with planning and promoting events, campaigns, contests, and community initiatives
- Identify opportunities to showcase our agents, company culture, listings, and involvement in the community
- Support other marketing and administrative projects as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in content creation, marketing, communications, social media, or a related role
- Strong written communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Experience creating graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Confidence capturing and editing photos and videos
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Ability to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polished work
- A collaborative, positive, and professional approach
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- A valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transportation [if required]
Experience in real estate marketing is an asset, but it is not required.

Pay: $22.66-$37.58 per hour
