Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sheet Metal Worker to join our Family Orientated Plumbing/Heating/Air Conditioning Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, installing, and repairing sheet metal components in various building projects. This role requires a strong understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction techniques, with a focus on precision and safety. The position offers opportunities to work on diverse projects including plumbing, roofing, HVAC systems, and restoration work.
Duties
- Measure, cut, bend, and assemble sheet metal components using hand tools and power tools.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation.
- Install sheet metal products in residential, commercial settings with attention to detail.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as caulking, sealing joints, and applying finishing touches like painting or flooring as needed.
- Assist with construction tasks including carpentry, plumbing, welding, tile laying, and flooring installation when required.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a clean work environment and properly handle tools and materials.
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or sheet metal work is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools, schematics, blueprints reading, and schematic diagrams is essential.
- Experience in carpentry, caulking, welding, restoration projects, or construction painting is advantageous.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems and flooring installation techniques is a plus.
- Prior experience working with construction schematics or technical drawings will be highly valued.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
