-2-5 years craft cocktail making with solid bartending
fundamentals on classics and modern in a fine dining setting.
- ability to multi-task a busy bar, making drinks while communicating with customers effectively and enhancing their evening via exemplary service.
- organised, high level of cleanliness and ability to self start tasks
and stay ahead.
- WSET lev 2 or equivalent wine training/knowledge to create wine and food experiences with the guests.
- Fine dining food service and ability to learn food and provide complete fine dining bar service experience.
- heads up service and ability to identify task that need to be done outside of bar to help service team.
- ability to take a section of table service and be flexible with scheduling.
- you are well presented, excellent time management, ability to keep eye on stock levels and communicate needs to appropriate channels, impeccable attendance & always prepared for shift.
- you like to be busy and stay challenged and always find tasks and are self directed.
