As a 4L Store Leader, you will:
- Manage, coach, and support Sales Associates to reach individual and team goals
- Lead by example with active floor leadership and personal sales performance
- Conduct one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
- Foster a positive, high-performance store culture aligned with our Core Values
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences and resolve escalations
- Oversee scheduling, PTO approvals, and daily operational standards
- Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct counts, and manage receiving processes
- Ensure merchandising cleanliness, and store organization meet company standards
- Implement company initiatives and communicate updates to the team
- Collaborate with your District Sales Manager, TELUS, and other support teams
Schedule: Full-time, 32-40 hours per week (Monday - Saturday)
