Linden Lane Farms is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable people to join our team for our annual Pumpkin Festival!
Our Pumpkin Festival is a busy, family-focused fall event, and our staff are a huge part of creating a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for our guests. If you enjoy working with people, being outdoors, and bringing a little extra enthusiasm to your workday, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
As a Pumpkin Festival team member, you may work in a variety of areas throughout the festival, including:
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, helpful customer service
- Operate cash registers and process cash, debit, and other payments accurately
- Assist with admissions, ticketing, and festival activities
- Help guests navigate the farm, corn maze, and other attractions
- Lead or assist with tours, demonstrations, and public activities
- Help run children's activities and create a fun, safe environment
- Assist with food service and farmstand operations when needed
- Keep activity areas, guest spaces, and work areas clean, organized, and welcoming
- Answer questions about the farm, festival, produce, and activities
- Work as part of a team to keep the festival running smoothly
- Help Setting up and maintaining Pumpkin Fest grounds.
- Pitch in wherever needed — no two days at Pumpkin Fest are exactly the same!
What We're Looking For
We're looking for people who are:
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with the public
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Able to stay positive and professional during busy periods
- Comfortable handling cash and payments
- Confident speaking with groups and guests
- Patient and enthusiastic when working with children
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing fall weather
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player
- Willing to jump in and help wherever needed
Experience in any of the following is an asset:
- Customer service or hospitality
- Cash handling or retail
- Food service
- Working with children
- Public speaking, tours, or demonstrations
- Events or festival work
- Farm or outdoor work
Previous experience is not required for every position — we're looking for great people with a positive attitude who are willing to learn!

Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour
