Standard Mechanical Systems Limited (www.standardmechanical.com) is a highly successful national HVAC service provider with 35 office/service depots across Canada. We have been in business for over 55 years, providing services to the national retail / telecommunications / commercial sectors.
We are presently looking for an individual to assist in providing service support for our rapidly expanding HVAC Services Division. The new employee must be able to adapt and adjust to this dynamic environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience working with service tracking Software
· Working experience using Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent communicator with strong customer-oriented attitude
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Comfortable with meeting or exceeding assigned time frames
· Work experience in HVAC related industry an asset
· Self-motivated individual with the ability to learn independently as well as within a team environment
· This is an in-office position at the company’s head office in Mississauga, ON.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare quotes and secure approvals for repairs from customers
· Work with technicians, managers and operations team for scheduling work
· Source and order parts, arrange equipment, track shipments and complete warranty claims
· Assist technicians with completion of online workorders, paperwork and forms
· Follow up on required repairs or work in progress with customers
· Ensure timely close outs on all workorders and job files
· Other duties as assigned
