Position: Onsite Patient Care Coordinator & Administration
As a multi-disciplinary health clinic our goal is to provide a high quality of care in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our clinic has been serving Guelph since 2011. We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, driven individual to join our administrative team. This role will include weekend and weekday shifts, as well as vacation coverage.
The Role
You will ultimately be responsible for ensuring patient satisfaction and assisting in the successful day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Primary Responsibilities
- schedule treatments and services using JaneApp online booking software
- greet and check in clients upon arrival
- handle general requests for information over telephone and internet
- process payment transactions and issue receipts for guest check out
- use 3rd party portals to process Direct Billing for clients
- assist practitioners in day-to-day needs
- light maintenance of shared areas
- follow clinical protocols for patient privacy, and general health & safety
Key Qualifications
- easy-going and enthusiastic
- reliable, with good attention to detail
- professional with a friendly and social demeanour
- experience in sales/customer service would be an asset

Pay: $18.50-$19.50 per hour
