Job Description
· Some experience is required
· Cutting meat for display (chicken, beef, pork, lamb, whole fish)
· Making sausages
· Serving customers in a friendly and knowledgeable manner
· Breaking down whole sides of beef and pork
· Serving, slicing deli meats and cheese
· Keeping tables and equipment clean and sanitary
· Strong product knowledge
· Stand for long periods of time and regularly lift 50 lbs
· Available evenings, holidays and weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Experience:
- Meat Cutting: 1 year (preferred)
