Solve Problems. Deliver Results. Make an Impact.
We are an established food manufacturer in Montreal looking for an experienced Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Supervisor to play a key role in the reliability and performance of our production facility.
This is a hands-on role working closely with our Operations Leadership team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving our production equipment while helping build a proactive, organized maintenance program that supports safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, works with a strong sense of urgency, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work that is completed properly, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
You’ll have the opportunity to make a visible impact by improving equipment reliability, completing meaningful projects, and helping build a maintenance function that supports a growing business. Success in this role comes from strong execution, sound judgment, and the ability to consistently deliver results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
