Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of technical tasks that support our operations. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all equipment and systems operate efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
- Feed, monitor and respond to alarms on fish health
- Collect and analyze data related to equipment performance and operational efficiency.
- Weight samples, grading, vaccinating, shipping fish
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
- Work in a team and be able to work alone, unsupervised
- Drive a standard tractor around oxygen lines and water intakes carefully
- Be aware of what is going on at all times
Skills
- Proficient in basic math skills
- Strong ability in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information.

Pay: $19.00-$21.50 per hour
